  Matthew Taylor: I tried to file a claim. Everytime I tried to upload documents, the apk just crashes. So, I pushed the smartphone symbol so I should speak to a human and the smartphone number it dials is wrong! (It doesn't remove the zero between the country code and the place code.)

  Graham Connor: AIG need to reconsider the purpose of this apk. If the purpose is to provide info in an emergency, the apk could still function to provide at least primary info when a data connection is not accessible. If there is no data on but emergency contacts are still shown, those numbers can still be dialed by the smartphone without data. This sort of info is only a few megabytes for the whole globe!
