  Kurt Smith: Who built this apk? Allow alone who's supporting it? They have no clue how to operate an apk relating to television steaming community. It crashes, it freezes, it makes you submit credentials!! Over and over once more!! Ugh!!! Then they're are the same 4 advertisements per month that they run over and over once more. I'm paying for this apk and they run commercials like its OTA!! Come on. Oh did I mention the interface SUCKS!

  Andrew Stephon: Very awful video playback on nvidia shield Android device TV. On the another hand, casting from Android device smartphone, computer, etc. to the shield works flawlessly. The apk also spams the home screen with random suggestions. Finally, the 'recently watched' category is basically useless. By clicking on a recently watched present, it doesn't take you to the present page, but instead starts playback... Of something you've already watched! A 'continue next episode' category would be much more useful. I did the one week trial and paid for an extra month to catch up on a present, but with all these problems, there's no incentive to pay for a subscription to a poorly optimized apk with a confused feature set

  I tried CBS All Access on my Sony XBR65A1E Google Play / Android device TV apk and I feel the video / sound quality, apk features, etc are all sub par compared to what I am used to with Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Instant Video, Vudu, HBO Now and more. On top of the technical deficiencies, they also play too a lot of advertisements for something they wish to charge $6 / month or $10 / month for no advertisements and just for the one present I wanted to watch. I think I'll wait for the present to become accessible through some another option.

  Babak Mozaffari: My initial reaction was that $6 is too expensive for just CBS, based on a comparison to Hulu, Showtime and so on... worse yet, as I found out after trying it out, you still have to watch advertisements at this price! I won't be subscribed long.

  Matt Linn: In "Glengarry Glen Ross", Blake says "They're sitting out there waiting to give you their cash. Are you gonna take it?" CBS is not going to take it. I tried to make batter to commercial gratis and every device said go to the original device, which is my android device TV. My android device TV gave me error 0, which means no error. Success. So I called the toll gratis number on the screen with this "error" and they didn't have a clue what to do. I held for an hour while the tech told me various menu choices (which without exception didn't exist). She told me I'd be transferred to Google Play and I said no thank you. Why would google troubleshoot this apk on their behalf? It plays video ok. Looks fine. Too a lot of advertisements, up to 5 by 40 mins into the present. Sometimes 5 advertisements, then <10 seconds of present (looking at you Colbert) then 5 more advertisements. I canceled my subscription.

  Paul Murray: It plays video content and commercials nothing unique. Rewind on a tv with Android device TV is not possible, it takes you all the method back to the beginning. Today cancelled my subscription because "The Awesome War" season 1 has ended. Only 10 episodes! Bummer. I will not subscribe once more until season two is released NEXT year. There's nothing else in the CBS library that I cannot receive from what my DVR records, or from on demand thats provided from my satellite provider

  Zachary Dunn: Uses proper design. Voice find works properly. Recommends method too a lot of irrelevant shows. There could be a section of the apk for shows I watch so I don't have to find every time. Captions could be customizable by color, position, and size.

  Steven Stacy: Very awful video quality on live television with Nvidia shield. My Apple television looks beautiful awesome (HD or very close). Nvidia Shield television looks 480p or worse. Very pixelated. Not as noticeable with on demand content. Both devices on the same network and both try at 25Mbps or higher.

  Mike D: Quite possibly one of the worst subscription apks ever created. I've been using this on iOS and Android device. Shocked with the level of advertisements and that this is so poorly created that it is the only streaming apk I have that lags constantly. I bought a Netgear Blackhawk to eliminate all potential problems, all my equipment runs better since yet this horrible apk still lags. Except for advertisements of course. Pay for an apk and the only thing that works consistently is advertisements. Good. Am cancelling at the end of my shows season and hopefully can search a various solution in the future.

  Fred Clingen: Worked good for 6 weeks now Live TV does not work and the customer help line is really awful. Hoping for a fresh release and then I will change my review (if it gets better). Why does live TV work from my PC, from my Smartphone but not my Android device TV when it did 2 days ago. Restart the android device TV to factory defaults then reinstalled apk and same error. Says no internet connection but I can stream all the shows without problem just nothing live. If your looking for live TV this is not reliable nor is it working properly.

  Nicholas Conrad: It said it was gratis to test, but charged me anyway, I cancelled within 15 mins and I still didn't receive a refund. Plus, the one thing I wanted it for, anyways, streaming NFL it said was blocked from streaming, but it would only tell you that after it charged you for the subscription. TOTAL SCAM!!

  Dan Dobson: Have to accept with the another 1 star reviews. Signed up latest evening on my android device TV. Watched one present loaded with commercials. It hung near the end on commercial but finally loaded so we should finish that single present. Canceled this morning. Why would you wish to PAY for a streaming service that's crammed with commercials?? No thanks. I'll DVR the shows and use the skip button liberally! If I'm going to pay to view I expect much fewer commercials!

  Peter Miller: Absolute rubbish. The CBS apk for my smartphone and smartphone allows me to watch shows for gratis with advertisements, however the Android device TV ver requires a subscription for everything. I'm forced to cast from the apk on my smartphone to watch CBS shows on my TV

I test to pay for it but companies like this is what cause people to look elsewhere for content. Also making it difficult to cancel the subscription makes people hate the entire experience even more! Seriously not caring about customer experience is not the method to run a business.

  singchr: The ratings don't lie. Horrible apk. Better off using an antenna to capture over the air broadcasts. Major problem was that shows would not play properly after the obligatory commercials. Not a single problem EVER with any of the commercials playing, but as soon as the commercial ended and the actual present was to start, there would be no audio, or the picture would quick forward while the audio played normally. Pausing would sometimes sync things back up, but if you tried to rewind, the episode would begin all over. Then you should only quick forward a few seconds at a time to receive back to where you where. It's as if the apk is rigged to force you to purchase the commercial gratis access. Not having it. Next problem is the blacking out of some sports happenings. Even though the mini game can be seen over the air, CBS does not have the rights to stream NFL mini games. NFL apparently has their own apk for that. Then there was the hunt to cancel the service. Called as the site says only to be told I have to go thru Google+ since that's how I signed up. Why not list that on your site to prevent time being wasted!

  joshua sox: what a p.o.s. this is. everytime i test and use it, it thinks that i dont have a subcription, so im like fine ill subscribe once more, guess what my device knows i already do have a subscription so it freaks out and closing the apk because the apk is obviously retarded as is the developer who sat on the toilet and made it. for the love god fix this.

  Albert Reichenbach: Very disappointed in this apk. Gave it a test to watch the The Awesome War and was surprised by the amount of "limited" commercials involved. Not going to pay $6 a month and still have to deal with commercials. Even with a fresh Star Trek television present coming out in a few months on All Access, I will live without it. Confusing interface and plenty of prompts to modernize to commercial gratis was a turn off.

  D Lee: This apk plays on demand content but whenever I test to play Live TV... the frustration begins. I usually receive the notice that says, "We should not determine your place. Please enable your system to send us your place." Places permissions are granted to this apk everywhere I should search. So I'm forced to use the apk via an Amazon FireStick. For a paid subscription service, CBS needs to do much better or join one of the another services (PlayStation Vue, Sling, etc.).
