  Evie in a Nutshell: The apk I was looking for! This apk is good for traditional and I must say it once more: TRADITIONAL flipbook animation. It really doesn't allow you animate in apk, but you have to use true paper and pencil to draw each frame. The led light pads created for this type of animation can be expensive and I search this as a awesome alternative. So you place the paper on your screen, layer each frame as you need and begin drawing! :D (It basicaly works like onion skin mode.) Have fun animating!
