  Erica Lim: 좋은 앱인것 같습니다. 이런 앱은 해외에서 살면서 처음으로 봅니다. 한국을 자주가는편이 아니라 항상 미국에 가져오고 싶은 물건들에 한이 많았는데 미국에서도 구할 수 있다는 것에 너무 행복하고 감사합니다. 하지만 너무 많은 좋은 것들을 고객에게 보여드리려고 하시니 아직까지 개선되어야 하는 문제들이 많은것 같습니다. 보니 이 사업이 시작된지 얼마안되서 그런것 같은데 직원을 더 많이 두셔야 할 것 같습니다.. 처음으로 시켜봤는데 다른 물건은 다 물류센터에 도착하고 하나만 이상하게 3일이 넘게 안와서 기다리고 있었습니다. 일주일이 지나도 아무대응이 없어서 이메일을 보냈는데 거기에 대한 답변을 받는것도 3일이 걸리고 10일뒤 그제서야 품절이라하니 좀 불편하다는 느낌을 받았습니다. 다들 막 빠르고 좋다고 해서 기대하고 있었는데 아쉬웠네요. 배송비 낯개로 나가는 거 개선, 몇몇 사이트 주문못하는 오류 이런것들은 다 알고 계실거라 믿고 나아질때까지 믿고 기다리겠습니다.

  M SHIM: I LOVE THIS APP!!! 적극 추천 합니다! This apk is not so user-friendly yet and there's often a lot of lagging time browsing but I'm sure they will hold making improvements over time. I used this apk to order items from korea 3 times already since April and I am very happy with quality of products, delivery, and their customer service. All inquiries were answered within 24-48hrs via email. Their shipping cost is a bit on a higher side but reasonable enough for me to continue to use.

  Jung Kim: You can purchase stuff that are sold in Korea with US credit cards without registering for each product site. When comparing prices that are sold in US versus Bringko+shipping (during promotions) is method cheaper. On top of that, you can easily purchase things that are not sold in US. Shipping is coming directly from Korea, but in the past, it only took max 3 days once it leaves Korea (fastest I have seen was a day). Recently it has been taking much longer.

  Hee Jung Lee: I will begin with difficulties. 1. App's a tiny wonky. Also everything is in Korean so you need a Korean mate to find for stuff. 2. International shipping is calculated only after the stuff are brought to the warehouse, which can be a surprise. 3. Bringko provides the service, not merchandise, so once order is in, it's almost impossible to cancel stuff. But price is UNBEATABLE and it delivers things you can't receive anywhere else. Wonky system? Maybe. Will I use it once more? Definitely.

The quality of product is good, the price is reasonable, and the shipping is quick. Before I tried to do online shopping via Gmarket but the payment way was very complicated and I did not know how to set up Gmarket acc. Now I feel secure that I can purchase any Korean products via Bringko. I think a lot of people feel the same method as I do. I really appreciate Brinkgo company.
