  Alexis Chen: If you wish the comics in English just download the Line Webtoon apk. It's basically the same thing, but it has the comics translated into English and a few another languages. The main language offered on the Line ver is English, and to access other translation, just press the "i" in the upper right hand corner when you're in the table of contents for the webcomic you wish to read. Somewhere in the info tab(i), it'll tell you the accessible fanatic translations. If there are none, then the webcomic is only accessible in English.
