  Alex Storjohann: My accountant is good and very knowledgeable. The apk is fine it logs you out sometimes and then it seems like you have to change your password. Also the only another reason I am not giving 5 stars is because I want some of the features were more detailed or customizable. Another then that good service!

  Caron Carpentieri: I search the apk to be glitchy. Manually entering each transaction is inefficient. The only institutes that link to the tool are well known financial institutes and the settings do not backtrack where it's supposed to search related transactions and automatically categorize them.

  LocStar Revolution: Apk keeps crashing. I am not able to schedule an appointment with my accountant to discuss my taxes being filed ASAP. Accountant said he will reach out to my bookkeeper who I haven't heard from in weeks. I want I would have just filed my taxes myself this year and saved myself almost $4000. The bookkeeper service is not included with the $2000 accountant service. The accountant responds quickly but he isn't especially helpful.

  Jonathan Davis: This apk is a piece of junk. The mileage tracker doesn't work, and it will not sync transactions. Seriously considering QuickBooks at this point. This is not worth the cash I paid.

  Remy: I would give negative stars if I should. They misrepresented their services to me. I gave them $2,850 for the year. They said that they would take care of all my bookkeeping and filings. Wrong! So, I test to receive a refund because they've been the absolute opposite of helpful. It's like pulling teeth with these ppl. But they're telling me I cant receive a refund because its been over 30 days. And this is during the Covid lockdown. How about a lil slack? Save your cash, people. This is a horrid service

  Aleksander Gamanyuk: I had to use other accountant firm to fix the mistakes 1-800-Accountant created and filled the amended business tax return. They filled the form 100 for my company despite the fact my business has no presence and no activities in California. And yes, 1 800 Accountant didn't refund my cash, I had to report the fraud.

  G Man: The application doesn't sync to your bank acc properly. I always have to contact them to fix the problem so that I am able to do my everyday logs. The application is a direct reflection of the company, HORRIBLE!
