The year is 1775. The American colonies are outraged over fresh taxes imposed upon them by Good Britain. They start to stockpile arms and organize militia. On April 18th, militia members ambush a column of 700 British Redcoats ordered to seize stockpiled arms. 273 British soldiers are killed or wounded before they reach security in Boston. The American Revolution has begun! Now you and your mates command the armies of the British Redcoats, English Loyalists, German Hessians, American Regulars, Patriots, French Regulars and Native Americans to decide the fate of the Americas. Users from each faction cooperate to gain control of key towns and forts. Share the fun in this light and quick paced mini game versus the AI, hotseat or online! Experience this critical time in American history, you will not be disappointed! - 3 Scenarios – 1775, 1775 (Short) and Siege of Quebec. - Play solo versus. 3 AI difficulties - 54 Cards (Movement & Happening) - Cross-platform online play or up to 4 user hotseat multiplayer. - Faithful conversion of the original board game. About the Mini game 1775: Rebellion is based on the award winning board mini game developed by Academy Mini games. The mapboard represents the original 13 Colonies plus Maine, Nova Scotia, and Quebec. Each Colony is further subdivided into places over which factions will struggle for control. A faction holds control of a Colony when only troops of its side are show in the places of a Colony. User controlled factions contain the Continental Troops, Patriot Militia, British Regulars and Loyalist Militia. In addition to this the Allied French and Allied Hessian factions, which are controlled by American and British forces respectively, can be brought into the mini game by happening cards playable by each faction. Each mini game is played in a series of rounds. Win conditions are checked for each side starting on round three and each mini game ends with win points being tallied automatically on round eight if no one has won before then. Each round is subdivided into four turns, one for each side, which happen in order determined by a blind draw of the turn marker for each faction. It is entirely possible for a faction to go latest in a previous round only to go first in the next. Movement & Happenings Every Faction has a deck of cards consisting of Happening cards, Movement cards, and one Truce card. Every turn, each faction will play a movement card to maneuver their army and any number of happening cards. When both factions of a side (British or American) have played their truce cards, the mini game will end! Each deck has a specific number of movement cards in it and managing them is an necessary part of the mini game. Each faction has a Truce card which serves not only as a timer for the mini game but as a strong Movement card. However, a mini game may end prematurely if both factions of a side are forced to play it early in the mini game. *** Please note: 1775: Rebellion is designed to be played on a smartphone. ***

Jeff Dingle: Originally had issues loading this mini game and should not play a scenario as it locked when attempting to load and then finally froze. Fortunately it now loads and all three scenarios work providing you switch off different 'resource massive' options in the settings prior to loading a scenario. Otherwise the mini game will severly lag and create it unplayable. It may depend on the power and quality of your device, high end ones may work better? As I have a lower end Samsung smartphone, I found switching to top down overhead view rather than perspective and avoiding 3d effects, slowing down pan zoom options and using cubes rather than figures greatly improved performance and allowed the mini game to play a lot smoother. Providing you tinker with the settings it could be playable but it does need further development by the designers in order to fix these niggles....

Peter Zellmer: Running Android device On a G7. Camera pan is WAY to quick, even when set to lowest setting. Buttons to slide troops numbers are too little, makes it hard to select them. Mini game manual puts index over top of left side of manual. But for these issues it would be awesome. As it is, it's hard to have fun. I can't suggest buying it. Sorry.

Eric Leung: Hanged with pink screen after the modernize. Very awful to customer. I am using ver 1.7.1 with my smartphone nexus 6P running Android device 7.1.1 and Huawei M3 Android device 6. Both were running very well before the modernize.

Antonello Piemonte: Sorry, but the mini game locks up every time while loading a fresh mini game, dead on arrival so to say ... please consider releasing a demo/light ver with say only the guide so that people can verify the apk runs correctly, before purchasing the full mini game. Meanwhile, uninstalled and refunded.

Doug Stinnett: This is unplayable. The map zooms too far out or too far in. Pennsylvania had a giant ocean running through it. Academy Mini games, you are better than this. Slash ties with whoever did this port of your mini game.
