  Danne Reents: This apk has been good in helping me receive going once more. I am definitely one who follows a set workout plan better than when I create my own up. I need to utilize the food tracking better to create sure I'm hitting my numbers but when I do use it it has been simple! Couple recommendations on what might be nice: bring back the workout tracking on the home page and if we tag it's done for the day I don't think the reminder needs to pop up at night.

  Mandy Jensen: I absolutely love this apk and this company. The apk is completely gratis. It gives you the amount of water you could drink each day, gym and home exercises, and meal recommendations, it also lets you know how a lot of calories/carbs/fat/protein you could consume each day. They do sell AMAZING supplements (needed for contest) which are a bit costly but I have fun them (stim gratis pre workout is good). They have a Fb group as well and their ambassadors do all they can to assist you with info.

  I love you Lord Your mercy never fails me: I love that the apk has a food plan, workout plan and videos that present you how to do the exercises. It would good if there was a barcode scanner to scan foods. Also, adding a section with recipe ideas and fast videos showing how to prepare meals.

  Michael Sirianni: Latest year I followed the home workouts, they are explain very well and simple to follow, this year for the Spring challenge I followed gym workouts also very well place together, simple to track as well. You don't have to do the challenges that they offer but I do it keeps me motivated, it's nice to meet fresh people with the Fb connection page through the apk. Tracking also accessible for Marcos, and Weight. A section for supplements/can be ordered right through the apk. Helpful ambassadors.

  Angela Pooser: I've used the 1 up fitness products for a couple of years now and they are the best all around. Naturally, they moved toward the 1 up nutrition apk interface for personalized assist with workouts, meals and supplements. There's still kinks to work out but they are working hard to fix, be patient! Just like your own adventure it doesn't happen overnight.
