  Captain Red Beard: No issues for me I only used this apk once while I was on Philadelphia recently, but it worked good for me. I reserved a cab for 4:15am the night before and he arrived 10 mins early. Not sure how reliable this would be during busier hours, but it worked good for me in the early morning.

  Anthony Reyes: The apk works the method it could. Tells you how far your taxi is. Mobile pay. But the prices for taxis are ridiculous. 3x-4x the price of Uber/Lyft. Taxis can't compete

  Scott Storms: Horrible service.. Until you complain Awful customer service. Making the reservation is a breeze, but the people behind the scenes are awful. Taxi showed up 30 mins late and nearly caused a missed flight (reservation was created 6 hrs in advance). Called the company and they claim there's nothing they can do and "it happens". My suggestion: simple apk to use, just have a back up plan when "it happens" and nobody shows up until it's too late. ** modernize: filed a complaint via BBB and company reimbursed cab ride and then some.

  Carly Mooney: Useful, but map is buggy I use this apk at least a few times a week, and usually have no trouble getting a ride within a few mins. However, it's often impossible to choose the correct drop-off address - sometimes the map even lists places in other state or country before it lists local ones. Please fix!

  Crystal Abdullah: Disappointed I've been using this application for awhile and although it has it awesome and awful points, today 12/20/2014, I was very upset with the service. The cab driver had GPS and kept asking me where to go. The GPS was right on and when the GPS told him to turn he looked as if he has no idea where to go. And he raised his voice at me.The address was easy, Not complicated at all; a road that anyone living in Philadelphia should receive to and would know where it is. This driver had no customer service skills at all!!!!

  Elizabeth Fuller: Maps not displaying, wrong pickup place relayed Cab service is awesome but apk has a lot of issues. Often refuses to recognize entered address even when true & easy. I have to use a wrong one nearby & call dispatcher to correct it! "Accepted" notice shows destination labeled as pickup place. Map display is always blank. Cab number never updates. After those are fixed would like to be able to save favorite locations--but receive existing features working right first.

  Dallas DDz: Apk is ok however... My cabs are almost ALWAYS late.... And I always schedule them for 15-20 mins ahead of time.... Yet they are still late! Drivers are always courteous tho.
