About the application:

The WebFile mobile apk provides parties with access to their American Arbitration Association (AAA) and International Centre for Dispute Resolution (ICDR) pending cases on their mobile devices. Parties log in to the apk using their WebFile username and password. Parties can view their pending cases, happenings, and tasks. At the case level they can view party info, ADR process, the applicable guidelines governing the case, case status, and hearing locale. They can also view the parties’ claim amounts, representatives, the arbitrator(s) or mediator appointed, and the case manager. They can easily contact case participants and the case manager by smartphone or email directly from the apk. Case tasks and happenings may be viewed at the case level, and panelists can find and view the documents for the case. Happenings and tasks may also be viewed across all pending cases. A convenient find function enables the player to search cases, happenings, and documents with ease.
