ABC LEGAL is outstanding to work with I want we used them 30 yrs ago when i started Process Serving. The mobile apk has its tiny qurks but that the cost of evolving technology. These fresh additions will streamline our fieldwork which i like. What I really like is How the CEO and his squad addressed COVID 19 crisis. They really help their servers Nationwide all they ask for is to follow SOPs and to be honest

  Michael Lee Smith: I give 1 star because after modernize on 11/19 the "claim jobs" button is inoperable, kicks me off the apk when I use it. If I can't claim jobs I'm basically out of business. ABC help says it must be my smartphone but the comment below mine is stating the same trouble. I haven't been able to claim a job for 5 days now.

I like having the digital means to log my service attempts in and or tell our clients in true time Yes their papers were served or not. Of course anytime your dealing with Upgrades there are bugs to fix its a fair trade I think. I do want our Awful Address option was brought back it created things much smoother.   podkayne: This is my husbands work apk. After 20 plus years of Serving Defendants with him and observing how he completed each service your mobile apk by far is the Best. His only complaint is when he completes each and every Serve once he confirms it on this Apk there is no method to check all the pictures uploaded to the ABC server. Truthfully a Server only finds out when tneir individual Metrics begin to fall like a rock from the sky. In his case the method he takes his pictures any observer should tell the service upon the defendant was indeed Effected even with the included narrative. ABC Legal has done a outstanding Job making sure their Process Servers have state of the art tool do perform all needed duties. Wendy S. Baptista MS P.I.

  Rob H: The Android device 10 modernize to my S10 has created it extremely annoying to click on any button in the top corners as any touch in the place prompts the drop down of the notification bar. Please create it bigger or lower so this stops please. And most recently it makes me RE- sign into the apk daily even though my smartphone is protected. Thank you for your hard work.

  Timothy Stephens: The apk overall is very handy. I have only 2 problems with it. First, the most annoying thing is if I am scrolling through my route plan, it will automatically jump back to the top of the list without warning. This sucks when you're trying to organize your documents according to the route. I am on a Galaxy Note 9 running the recent modernize. Second, Im based out of Texas and you cant serve process on Sundays. I want ABC would not count Sundays as day because it affects my metrics and puts me in red
