Working with certain health plans and specific government agencies, Access2Care offers rides to and from eligible healthcare appointments all across the country. If you are a Medicaid, Medicare, or Dual Eligible recipient and a member of one of our clients' health plans, you are most likely eligible for rides to and from your healthcare appointments. These ride services are to assist you when you don’t have other method to receive to your healthcare appointment. Ask your health plan or Medicaid agency if they offer this benefit to you through Access2Care. There are a lot of types of transportation accessible to Access2Care members. When you call to schedule a ride, Access2Care will verify your eligibility and then arrange the best type of ride for your needs. The type of car is based on your medical condition at the time of the appointment. This may mean a bus tickets or bus pass. We may also schedule your trip by vehicle, taxi, van, wheelchair van or stretcher van. Often, we can also pay back a mate or family member who will take you to your healthcare appointment. We also have volunteers who give rides to healthcare appointments.

Then you are instantly informed of your form of transportation, their contact number, and your pick up time. I am definitely in love with this apk. Mel Dang: I initially downloaded the access2care apk on 9/11. To this date 9/12 I have installed and unistalled the apk 8 times. This is the notice it gives me: MEMBER ID DOESN'T EXIST. PLEASE CHECK MEM ID & TRY AGAIN. If I should give it NO STARS that would be most accurate. I called access2care today to see if someone should give me some technical help on this apk and they said "I asked around here and no one has heard of it. Figure that one out! If someone can assist, I would appreciate it since I use the service at least 2 times a week and sometimes when you call to receive the return ride, you may be on keep for 20 mins. So, this apk would assist a lot.

Darlene Hunter: Does not let 2 add extra stops, (ie. Pharmacy), when it clicks to 1st trip does not let return to 1st page. Have to close out of apk and reopen then begin over because does not let ANY EDITING. Same thing when my dr. Reschedules my time. You need alot of corrections to this apk. Think a more qualified programer would assist. Also Lyft does not let to request certain cars. I can't climb into trucks or high cars. So I have to cancel when they arrive n no method to request other.
