  Christopher Di Costanzo: Fresh Apk! Like anything fresh, its a work in progress. I commend and appreciate the progressive process and active engagement with residents and management alike. I've, as a lot of of us, have seen implementations of tools. In my experience, it rolled out well. I am rating a 4 out of 5 stars simply because of the ongoing development of this tool. Good job! To my fellow residents, lets take a positive approach to the very long, complex and challenging process from a marketing, business and financial analysis to develop an intricate system and roll it out.

  Michaellee Montoya: Log in? Curious why you don't offer to remember log in E-mail address.... It's beautiful annoying that anytime we need/ have to log in.. We have to kind our email... So a lot of apks offer to "remember me" ... Hopefully you can implement this on your application soon.

  Ajay Zalavadia: Edit : increased rating by one star, Thank you for adding the option to save the password , but it still doesn't solve the trouble when you accidentally leave the Apk interface while doing multitasking , you still have to login once more and begin over at main begin page. Apk Works when opened , but as soon as you exit the screen (on purpose or accidental) it Create you login once more and begin over.

  Sean McNulty: At least I can pay rent by credit card Stupid apk is loaded with unnecessary safety. In order to set up autopay I have to confirm a bunch of unnecessary info even for the card I already pay rent with, it's stupid. Also, I don't see why I have to place in a password every time I begin the apk. Why in god's name would you create an apk for announcements from apartment complexes that requires you to log in a few times a day to actually receive announcements, it boggles my mind.

  James Carrillo: Not impressed at all. Menu and navigation needs lots of work. Doesn't have as much functionality as the web website, which is also lack luster. No options for notification on your device. Doesn't remember your login so I have to hold reentering it....such a PITA. I'll stick with the site.

  Elijah Williams: This was a really poorly place thought out apk. Immediately I realized there was no purpose of me having the apk at all. I guess it's awesome in conception but it's practical use is limited. I think original purpose was to form a sort of community but in order to really have something like that event, it needs more work on the apk itself, and then the apartment community it's trying to build needs to have a presence on the apk, or some sort of incentive for people to begin posting on the apk. In it's show condition I cannot suggest this apk to take up storage of a neighbor's smartphone.

  Chuck Barker: This apk appears to work well for communicating with managers and residents. However, payment feature needs work, as the payment due & history are confusing. Payment due and balance amount are in parentheses, which implies a negative amount ...which is typically recognized as a credit in residences favor. After monthly payment is created the balance still looks like no payment was created. Even after restarting smartphone and logging in once more payment history is confusing and uncertain if payment was actually received. Although slower payment, writing a physical check instills more confidence.

  Margaret Landreville: Horrible no customer service for setting repeat payment. Says office no longer begin so hmm you got it I have no idea how to fix it. Back to cash orders....at least I know my rent is paid without $4 dollar service charge...
