  Bre B: Seems a bit glitchy but I inspected it to see how booking one of my appointments went and outside of a scroll bar causing some display screen flashes at the bottom it worked on my android device. The zoom link came through and I received a confirmation email. I hope they can create it more visually appealing soon. Note that it is a client only portal so it's not for managing appointments as a business but for clients to schedule. I like that there is no login! Makes it easier for clients.

  Nelly's Hair Boutique: When i schedule my clients appointments and they have the apk the appointment does not come to the apk. There could also be push notifications that remind customers of appointments etc. As of right now the apk doesn't offer any plus for having it at the moment

  Tammie Lasiter: First few months I was able to view my appointments, but haven't been able to see any for over month now. When I submitted problem was told it was on the vendor. Vendor can see my appointments and purchases. Frustrating. I have to go through my email if I need to reschedule/change any of them. I guess could be satisfied I can atleast schedule on the apk even if cannot see if on apk afterwards. I've got a brand fresh Android device and have uninstalled/reinstalled apk and still appt viewing problem.

  Kelly Cozza: Slow to begin, overwhelmed when there are a lot of schedulers, doesn't send my schedule to my email as it's supposed to, Misses sending appointments to my calendar as it's supposed to. This is used for our community pool to schedule a planes and it's been a mess.

  Jamie Mintoft: This apk is independent of the bookings created on you desktop booking website. There is no option to manage your bookings you created on desktop within the apk, becuase it does not let you to sign in on the apk. Will this be fixed soon?   Kelly Foster: I downloaded this apk to create scheduling an appointment quicker and easier. Unfortunately, I am having problem logging in. Everytime I enter my password it reads invalid login credentials (and I know it's the correct password). I requested a password restart but the link doesn't work, says sorry page not found; tried multiple times. So now there's no possibility of getting into an acc I just made less than 24 hrs ago smh

  Sarahlynn Etta: Poorly designed, difficult to use, clients can't access their info. This apk is so terrible, I wondered if it was the wrong one (not legitimately Acuity) or a prank? But no, this is the true thing. I am embarrassed to share this with my clients when they ask for apk. I have already lost 1 fresh client; I hope I don't lose more before Acuity fixes this.

  Xmas Spree: I accidentally deleted my by 3 mini cures for a discount email, so I just wanted to create one appointment, just one. And though the apk said it loaded, it's nowhere to be found on my smartphone. It's in my manage apks list, but when I click on it it just goes back to the Google Play shop as if I had never installed it.   Mihaela Vlašić: Why is this apk soooooo awful? As if booking apks are fresh and impossible to create easy. It glitches when I scroll. I can't ebook multiple appointments at once. I can't hide descriptions. It takes me about 20 minutes to ebook a month worth of gym. If there were any alternative I'd use it. Please fix your UX.
