  A Google user: I tried a bunch of these ab workout apks. This is the best of them. You will beautiful quickly know where you stand and can tailor yourself a challenging workout... Video demonstrations of the exercises are very helpful, and the tool uses a points system (based on intensity and duration of workouts) to measure long term progress... I receive bored easily with these things, but the dozens of exercises and the points format keeps me motivated. It's a easy apk, but, for me it succeeds where a lot of others have failed.

  A Google user: I absolutely love this apk but just 1 thing that needs working on is the diet plans need updating and changing around as its still the same it was 4 or more months ago. Just a advice for anyone who's getting sore after their workout and slacking a bit on their target, the Adrian James whey powder is the key, I've been having one double serving a day (2 scoops to 400ml) after every workout only and I push myself very hard, where I could be beautiful sore I've been able to go the next day as normal with only slight tension that I can manage to work through.
