  Linda Call: The broken glass alarm is too sensitive. When I place plates and bowls away, it tells me broken glass. I like the garage door begin warning since the garage door likes to begin by itself. A window was barely begin. Wasn't latched. I didn't know it. The alarm allow me know. I feel secure with all the warnings I've had so far, except the broken glass.

  Susan Collins: Awful service..no one knows how to fix it now I gotta pay once more to have a person come to my home. This is nuts..camera has gone back to original method of downloading to viewa capture clip! Only one camera..n it's off n on wireless connection for over 2 months...with fresh router box...wires were checked at the time n my wireless connection is locked! Go figure .issues constantly...help

  Robert Mills: There's no reason to run this when troubleshooting an ADT sensor problem with the virtual technician. It gathers data about the devices on your WiFi network and sends to ADT. ADT sensors operate on a various network. This is just a data grab.
