  Andree Philpot: Journey Hunt was one of the most thrilling and exciting things I've ever participated in. The apk worked good- it was fast and simple to use! We chose to pay for some clues and it definitely helped us in the tournament but I also had plenty of mates who used no clues and did good! At most you will pay maybe a $30 a piece which is nothing for a full day of fun in your town and the possibility to victory a once in a lifetime prize worth thousands!

  Michelle Young: I can't actually register for the happening. Online or on the apk. I bought a Groupon and saw a discount code online. Neither of them would apply to the price. Maybe it was my Wi-Fi connection because I was finally able to register when I wasn't using it . Hopefully it works well. It's annoying that i can't use the apk unless my place is on. The happening is a month away still

  lisa parsons: Apk is glitchy. Sent the clue for the 3rd website stop to one of our two-person squad when we were really only headed to the 2nd site...much time wasted. Also, paid $0.99 for a video clue but it wouldn't play on my android device smartphone.

  Mitchell M: Don't waste your cash if you actually plan to "compete". We did the portland one and people "finished" the activities and the hunt in about 3.5 hours. We didnt receive our first clue until they finished and the activities are the same every time apparently because they knew the list and half@ssed everything in the same parking lot. Plus you can just buy the clues which gives people an unfair advantage. You can Che k that you did activities without doing it and it will unblock the clues. There's gratis hunts around city so do those instead and save your cash for something fun.

  Steve Geist: Bought a mini hunt for Richmond, VA. Only got to second clue of 14 in a couple of hours. Expect to pay for tips in order to progress (from 99 cents up to $29.99 to skip a step). And create sure you already know the city as I'm not sure how you should do this otherwise. The apk (Android device) reloaded every time I turned my screen back on requiring me to click on the "next clue" every time. The 2500 feet proximity to goal didn't seem to be working for our second clue. Seems like a good idea, but tips are too vague and there's no warning of having to pay for tips when you pay for the hunt.

  Steven Gabriel: THIS APP DOES NOT WORK. Keeps stopping everytime that I test to begin it. Have spent $114 on entry to one of their happenings and cannot register my squad because the only method to do so is through the faulty apk. Have e-mailed the company and am still waiting for a response.

  Kerry Studnicki: This seems like a scam, whether it was our not. Even after you've signed up, expect to spend a lot of cash on activities or clues. Not really possible you do for gratis, and some clues are so vague, you have to pay to figure it out.

  WILL S: The people running the "hunts" are NOT native English speakers. Horrible "Engrish" clues. The Journey Hunt shop is ridiculously overpriced merchandise.
