About the application:

The Question Builder helps patients prepare for medical visits so they receive the most from their appointments. Players enter info such as date, healthcare provider, and reason for the visit. Next, they can select or customize questions they wish to ask at their appointment. Players are prompted to describe their symptoms and concerns in methods that will save time for both themselves and their medical providers. Players can add appointment info to their e-calendar and send info to their private email acc.
