  A Google user: Coolest thing ever. Took a tiny playing with the settings to receive the artificial horizon to smooth out. My only concern is that the altimeter has continually indicated about 200' lower than the actual altitude, no matter the day, weather, town, state (long haul trucker, PPL). Perhaps I am missing something in the settings. But still, WAY COOL APP!

  A Google user: The apk is good fun and the dev has done a awesome job of making the instruments look realistic. I'm looking forward to my next glider flight to see how the apk stands up to true instruments. I really don't expect it to compete with hundreds of pounds worth of true aircraft instruments, but it will still be a good conversation piece in the vehicle. One thing I was disappointed to search was that it is still not possible to restart the altimeter although the dev said in 2014 they would correct that on the next modernize. Now 17 months later, any idea when that might be? Would be worth the additional star. EDITED to add that the dev has now updated the apk and the altimeter can now be set to QNH or local pressure setting. So my rating is now five stars :-)

  Christopher Olmsted: Everything worked on demo ver now I got full ver and speed indicator and compass dont work, tried to uninstall it a d reinstall and now it wants me to pay once more..... found our my gps permissions werent set and tech help was on the ball and got me fixed. Also did end up getting refund so I should repurchase.

  A Google user: The instruments are useable only when smartphone is mounted in the horizontal (landscape). If smartphone is mounted in the vertical position (portrait) the display does not rotate but stays in landscape so they are sideways & therefore not useable. Doesn't matter if smartphone set for rotation. This apk will not rotate. I communicated with developer & he confirmed that's the method it is designed. I recommended they charge it. My smartphone is mounted vertically in cockpit so apk is useless.

  Christian Moreton: Good, agree not reading GpS details on Asus. EDIT: Tried instructions provided to fix GPS places block. Did not work as my smartphone is stuck in Android device 7.0, which does not have permissions per apk. It does display which apks created Latest Place Requests and Aircraft Cockpit is not on the list. So it's not even asking for GPS place fine. All the another Aviation apks have no trouble getting places permissions.

  honney cake: The screen goes OFF in spite on "Hold screen alive" chosen "ON" in the settings. Tried to run on two various devices. The effect is the same. Impossible to use.

  A Google user: Very nice so far. I can not use it though because the Attitude Indicator is not working at all on my Samsung S5 when I do not mix in gravity, even when gyros are calibrated. The whole idea is to know your attitude without taking acceleration (Gravity) into consideration. Acceleration causes spacial disorientation and the Ai is there to orientate yourself. The Altitude is wrong because I can not set the QNH (Sea level preassure). Nice display! Hold working, it will be so! cool if this idea can work!

  A Google user: I tried it in my plane. Does not work properly. Turn co-ordinator ball just moves when you rotate the smartphone. Attitude indicator losses orientation.
