  Mitchell Dusina: Seems to sync OK. Visual bug on graphs screen where if you swipe away from the radon graph to the temperature graph and then back to the radon graph, it mislables radon as temperature.

  Tyler Franks: Recent firmware modernize has (finally) worked well since download. Formerly, I had to remove unit batteries and reboot once or twice per week. Fingers crossed, since modernize I've been in the clear.

  Jason Fisher: Hardware or firmware is still of beta quality. I'm on my second unit and just had the same malfunction as original unit. The Wave stops functioning, essentially it hangs / freezes. Pulling the batteries worked this time, annoying that data since latest sync one week ago is lost. Good concept, fails to deliver.

  Brent Rossow: Awesome idea, awful execution. Constantly have to log in, even though it's only a Bluetooth connection (i.e. not susceptible to Russian hackers through my network) and doesn't offer any details that's even remotely confidential. Not even an option to stay signed in. Only syncs when I'm standing right next to it and force a manual sync. With that said, the lack of wireless connection in a device at this price point is ridiculous, so I can't check radon levels remotely even if I wanted to. Needing to sync manually is the icing on the cake. Packed it back up and now waiting for UPS to pick it up and take it back to Amazon.

  Carsten Agerskov: Paired my smartphone to wave device, everything working. The next day the pairing has gone. The only method I found around this was to remove and reinsert batteries in the wave device, to pair once more. However, removing the batteries create the wave device forget all measurements, and reset.

  Charles Kokoska: An absolutely horrendous piece of tool, and I'm not sure the hardware is much better! First unit died in less than 24 hours. It was promptly replaced and worked (although was very unstable) for about two days then would no loner sync with the apk no matter what I did. Apk constantly claimed it was syncing but neither date of latest sync or any readings would change. Tried all recommended steps to re-establish communication and ultimately had to unpair and test to re-pair the device (causing loss of ALL data). However Apk would not search device even if set on top of it! Checked Bluetooth settings and my Android device smartphone finds the device but their Apk does not! Maybe the WAVE unit is working and this is just awful tool? Deleted Apk and cleared all smartphone cache/memory for the THIRD time and reinstalled Apk but got same symptoms. I didn't spend $200+ to be a guinea pig, and I've wasted 3 weeks trying to receive this thing to work reliably. This is a good concept but a LOUSY execution!
