  Tom Stevens: Had fresh opener installed yesterday. Was a tiny concerned with all the awful reviews but so far it's been perfect. Very simple to setup. Simple to use wizards tutorial you through everything you need from virtual keys to guidelines. Notifications work as well. Will modernize this review if things change but so far it's good!

  A Google user: Maybe I'm one of the lucky few, but my Aladdin Connect is working good. Had a little problem during setup where it wouldn't connect to the internet - called help, and was walked through the process to perform a firmware modernize. Only took a couple of mins, and I was up and running right after!

  Steven Haynie: Working well. I had difficulty getting the apk to work and spent a lot of time with Aladdin help by smartphone. to their credit they didn't give up. their troubleshooting created sure that they weren't just passing me off they actually sent a replacement door controller module. The first tech actually diagnosed the difficulty as "something in my network". It was in fact an old router. When I replaced the 2014 vintage router with something that's 2022 vintage, like a champ! 5 stars 100% do it!!!
