  A Google user: If you manually adjust closing costs, the calculations that appear on screen are inaccurate. The correct calculation does present up in the email, but it could also calculate correctly on screen. Also, taxes are automatically calculated on the purchase price which is not the figure taxes are actually calculated on. Finally, there are only about 10 cities listed for selecting the correct tax rate. Good idea but needs improvements.
