  mctwar: Good apk I really don't rate apks too often but when you pay about $18 for an apk I am going out of my method to rate it. The set up of the apk is straight forward, I used just a 12 pin cable to adapter to my s5. I will do the wireless later when I have more cash. The largest trouble I had was converting xdf or advertisements to adx. I found the da3 adx file on a forum. But all sorces state you can email the developer of this apk and they do help. Good apk, I love using my smartphone as apposed to the computer.

  Jeremy Young: So far I love the apk. Well worth the $20. I got it mostly for the dashboard for my 94 trans am. I have not tried most of the features yet as their is just so much. I have not figured out the RTT yet or if my vehicle even supports it. If not I don't care as I can still tune from my laptop. Hope to receive some histograms set up soon and maybe see if I can even figure out the GPS but that is at the bottom of the list. I should spend days going through all the various features and setting them up. Thank you for making such a good apk and look forward to future development's. Only thing I would change is create it so when you are in a tuning file that does not fit the screen it can be shrunk so you can see all the sections. Right now to create a change I have to choose what it within the screen, change that, move everything over and choose the rows that were not in the screen and change them. Would be nice to change all at once.

  Gary Washer: Breaktrough apk I think this is a first. An apk you can install on your smartphone or Android device smartphone that provides automotive OBD1 info that can be customized for your vehicle. Early in the development cycle, I tried this on 3 various virtual vehicles using the vehicles' computers; and after a few minor bugs were quickly resolved, they all worked perfectly. The developer is very responsive to feedback and provides help in a timely manner. I am giving it 5 stars because there is simply no related apk accessible to my knowledge.

  Joonas Konki: Excellent GM OBD1 tool for an Android device smartphone! Currently this is the only such tool for GM1 OBD (ALDL link). I was planning to create an apk like this myself but have changed my plans because this is top quality work. It is all well worth the little price for this apk. It has a customizable and simple to use dashboard and reads the TunerPro definition files out of the box. In addition, the customer supports seems good! I have not tried the true time tuning or chip programming features (yet). I've successfully used the ALDLdroid for about a year now in my 1990 LB9 5.0L TPI Camaro (1227730 ECM, $8D, 8192 baud) with a very cheap USB-to-TTL 5V converter from eBay (FTDI) and an Android device smartphone. Highly suggested!

  Jeff DeBuhr: Finally an OBD1 apk This apk is outstanding!! I have been wanting something like this since I got my original Motorola Droid. The ability to use an OBD1 Bluetooth adapter or a USB cable with an OTG adapter is good! I now longer have to lug my PC with me. Tje best part is being able to utilize XDF and ADX from TunerPro. It connects quick to the vehicle and is very responsive, save data to a file for use later. The coolest part is the dynamic screens and how you can set them up while you cannot add screen currently, you can change the display rather easily

  James McNeely: AWESOME APP!!!!! This apk works hand in hand with tuner pro. If you can use tuner pro, this is just as simple. I use it on a evo lte smartphone and a galaxy tab 3. I built my own bt to obd1 adapter. I use the apk on a 1992 plymouth laser. A 1g dsm. Looking forward to helping the dev implement the bin tuning thru this apk when required. Good apk with lots of awesome items packed in. Edit: I can now change my tune thru this apk. I have successfully downloaded my bin and changed settings, uploaded it to the ostrich and settings stick.

  Richard Hughes: If you have an old, OBDI era, vehicle (a 1989 Buick Regal, in my case) this apk allows you to monitor the real-time output of the sensors that feed the computer. This makes it simple to tell, at a glance, if you have a awful sensor. It's a very well thought out apk that offers a good deal of flexibility in its display. Sébastien was very helpful in getting it to work correctly for me. It's also a lot more convenient than using the OTC enhanced monitor which, anyway, has a far more limited display. Two thumbs up!

Two things I miss though: A find function in the tuning section (method too much scrolling, hard to search anything) and the ability to completely disable Bluetooth (it requests to connect to Bluetooth first time, every time, so I have to push connect twice)

  Finally, the excellent combination of tool and hardware! This apk does what is says, a fully customizable GM ALDL OBD1 digital dashboard that logs and even lets you edit bins, all using TunerPro's standard (and gratis) definition files. But here's the most necessary feature: it runs on Android device. The reason this is exciting is because of the availability of so a lot of various sizes and shapes of Android device devices, and so a lot of that are really inexpensive. If you just wish a little logging setup, receive a phone-sized Android device device that you can throw in the glove box but if you wish a full featured digital dashboard receive a smartphone, you should even permanently mount it in your vehicle if you wanted. By the method; with just a tap on the screen, ALDLdroid lets you e-mail logs from your Android device device. Send a log while sitting in the garage or in the pits at the track! I've been waiting years for this type of software/device combination. I've tried everything out there, gratis and otherwise. A lot of would display the info that I wanted but all required a notebook or smartphone PC that was just too large and cumbersome. It's only taken a decade for the right thing to come along! I've been VERY HAPPILY using ALDLdroid since it's initial release.
