  Eric T: The wireless speakers work good. I've used them for 4 full days of skiing and have not had to recharge yet. Sound is awesome and smartphone capabilities integrate nicely. The only problem I have encountered is the Group Communication will not function. I can make a group but not add anyone or access a request QR code. Please improve the apk to create this product really stand out. Edit 2/19/21 After modernize groups are now working. Funky behavior sometimes, but works nonetheless.

  Chris Wheeler: Good headphones, the apk seems hardly usable. Can't hardly begin up the apk without it saying "unexpected trouble" and freezing, so any extra features beyond BT audio are unusable so far. Samsung Galaxy S10 Edit: I was not aware of the modernize until I got this response, apk seems to be working good, thanks for working to modernize your product! I'm upgrading my rating based on this experience

  William Willis: Had high hopes for this product. Bought 3 of the wired headphone kits. Right headphones seems louder and stronger than the left one. Apk seems poorly designed with bugs, hold getting error "unexpected trouble". Still can't figure out the walkie talkie feature. This is not what I paid for, Aleck, fix your apk!

  Titan Worrell: Bought a pair of these Smith Aleck Go earphones. Have to say so far cannot receive th apk to work with Youtube Melody, also cannot receive one of the sets to connect via bluetooth after initial connection. Pixel 4a 5g both phones. Uninstalled and reinstalled. Speakers don't work very easily - and I'm an ex developer and have a fairly awesome handle on how an application could function. Bummer because I had really hoped this was going to be a home run.

  Jacob: Seems cool in principle but glad I decided to download the apk prior to buying the headset. 90% of the time I receive an "Unexpected trouble" pop up and the apk doesn't let any function past that. Sucks because I'd love for it to work. Galaxy S10e

  Kevin Worrell: This application is really awful. It's constantly asking you to buy the headphones - as if you would download the application without owning a pair already! Silly. Additionally we cannot receive this to work with streaming melody - and it has to be left begin and on the desktop or it stops working. The bluetooth programming is garbage - really awful I can't trust Smith would place their name on this junk.

  Rob B-Romeo: no communication even possible if the apk doesnt work at all. you can make a group but you cant add anyone to that group. connection and mic problems. nothing works, not even customer service. horrible. do not receive this, and aave yourself the aggravation and frustrations. only thing that is nice is the custom sound equalizer. that gets this thebone star.

  Darren Ernst: Awful. I use lots of speaker apks and although this hardware works good for listening to melody and taking smartphone calls, the apk is awful and is unusable for walkie talkies. The speakers have good sound though and I've answered smartphone calls on the mountain while snowboarding and the caller didn't even know. So that was cool.
