  Sandman: This apk notifys you whenever an incident occurs above the triggering level set by YOU. It monitors departments which are some of the first to be notified in case of an incident in places of the Stock Shop, Nuclear Plant accidents, Bio Hazard reports and Solar Flare activity sending you the basic details they usually decide is not worth sharing and can be ignored. I rarely see or hear a report about most of the Alerts I receive from this very cool application. Can't wait for them to add Tsunamis & Earthquakes!
