  Josh Stowe: The apk is very primary but the reason for my low rating is the horrible customer service. You have to stay on top of them to create sure they are crediting you with the completion of your activities. I reached out after 40 days of not receiving my reward (they say it can take up to 30) and they passed it up to a squad that finally found I completed the tasks. However, they couldn't credit me with doing it in the previous quarter when it was actually done. Their delay cost me $150 for latest qtr.

  Brenda R.: This is about steps which I figured would be the most primary part. So because I have an android device I have to receive a various apk to read a various apk to sync my steps. Fine got it down. BUT THEN it doesn't sync them correctly. Either I do it manually or it sync at all. Other bug is after I sync them and I test to modernize my synced steps, it removes them. Went from 2978 steps to 278! Wack as heck.

  Chris Barsis: This company is exhausting and excruciating to deal with. Onboarding was a nightmare, it's been over two weeks without access to my benefits. Their system is awful, if you are an employer you may be wasting days of your employees time by using them. I have a benefit I can't use. Long story short, I've been locked out of my acc. Evertime I rest my password, it won't take my credentials. I've done this over 30 times. I've asked multiple times for a smartphone number, they refuse to assist.
