Clayton King: Works well. Works well, simple to manage credentials. Want I should manually enter vehicles numbers and facility codes, instead of the way they use. But, all in all beautiful simple to use.

Dakota360ci: Galaxy S6, lock connects when it wants to. Blinks red like it sees my smartphone but I'm told to refresh tokens.. So far, beautiful disappointed with the tool side of things. No ability to limit access during specific time frames from what I can tell, and awful apk layout and function.

Kari Harlow: This apk does not work well on android device devices. I have to uninstall and re install everyday just to use it. They could be upfront prior to purchasing door lock system that it doesn't work well with android device. I have to use the apk for work and it sucks.

Karyn Bethany Sawyer: Apk can't search lock. Customer help is worthless. My building just had fancy fresh locks installed, and this apk is supposed to provide a method to give access to my unit to guests, pet sitters, etc. Except the apk doesn't search the lock (Samsung Galaxy S6 - apparently a common problem). Online help lists questions but no solutions. When I call customer help, I receive a voicemail that I've called after business hours and need to leave a notice. So I did. Twice. Zero response. Shouldn't an apk that supports locks to people's homes have 24/7 customer help?
