Aloha Cards are designed to be a self-guided adventure through psychology facts, self-awareness, and skills to cope with distress. The apk is a deck of cards created up of ACT, DBT, and CBT practices, and Chain Analysis. Awareness Living Overcoming Hopefulness Adaptability A relaxing AND fun method to feel better, the ALOHA cards apk builds awareness of the happenings that cause distress; then you too can start to chart a life worth living. Achieving a higher distress tolerance, you will be able to overcome uncomfortable situations, without making things worse. This fresh emotional fortitude can produce hopefulness. Fresh behaviors of adaptability which make fresh synapses. With hope, there can be a lightness and freedom from being stuck. The cards are separated into 3 sections: - Section 1: Chain Analysis - Section 2: Skills - Section 3: Useful Information Section 1 is where you will search cards focusing on psychology and chain analysis. It will walk you through 10 steps to examine and understand what you think, feel, and how you react to life situations. There are opportunities to use your note taker in the apk and log what you message, learn, and observe. Section 2 is created up of the Skills cards.
