Alpha is a clean and dark theme with all kinds of perfect features where as the player you receive to select your own experience. Wish center or left clock? No trouble we can do that. No root is needed! You will however need access to a computer to receive started. This is the first and only theme for the LG V30 I highly suggest disabling auto modernize for Google apks. This is because they sometimes modernize everyday and they change so a lot of things that it can easily break an overlay. This at least gives me a fighting possibility to search the change and apply it to my theme. From my experience reading reviews it seems a lot of people expect an instant fix for Google apks which is not realistic and by doing this you can at least have fun your overlay until a fix can be found. Some apks there will be a dialog stating certain things such as "only works on ver 123456, etc" this is because that's the ver I'm on and have not received my modernize for it yet so therefore I cannot guarantee it will function on the next ver. So if you're running a higher ver and wish to have that apk themed you have two options. One is be patient and wait for me to modernize the apk. Or you can uninstall the apk and grab the most recently supported ver from apkmirror. Here's something very interesting. Google now is messed up on LG home. The method they implemented it into the system makes it look odd when themed. It has a lot of hard-coded black text in java which means we cannot fix it. The only method to create it readble was to place a white Sroke around it so you can read it. However if you're using nova for example it's Decent not quite the same and only a couple little spots were hard coded and needed stroke to maintain readability. So if you like LG he then don't apply Google apk. Sorry but this is beyond my control and there likely will not be a fix for this. Blame LG! I've included the ability to hold and maintain adaptive icons for your stock launcher and some apks have an option to select a custom adaptive icon. I'll add more later and only did a few that bugged me like the ugly lg settings icon. For these to change sometimes you have to go into the settings apk and change the adaptive shape and then they will take affect. That's just how the lg home launcher works. Now for the necessary part. Applying the overlays. Btw most of this post will be transferred to the op when this goes live. First I suggest disabling any lg themes applied and reverting back to stock theme. The two can coexist but it's not advised and if you have an LG theme applied and then apply any substratum mods, and then just go back into the LG theme chooser apk it can disable all substratum mods and reapply your LG theme once more which is a bit of a pain. I found that the "build and apply" option doesn't always work well with LG. It can cause substratum to freeze on opportunity, and can break connectivity with Andromeda as well. It doesn't happen every time but I found through extensive testing the best method is to use "build and modernize" even if it is your first time installing the overlay. It just works better and faster most of the time. Then once all the overlay's are build go back and choose them once more and choose "enable". I found 9 times out of 10 this is the best method to apply them and I experienced fewer problems. Do this from the "Themes" tab. The "Manager" tab really wasn't required and caused me the most headaches. When applying the "Android device" overlay a reboot will be needed for everything to take full result. Hold in mind rebooting also kills Andromeda so you'll have to reconnect to it if you wish to apply anything else.
