  Leopold Götsch: It used to work good on my Note10.1 2014 on Android device 5. So I bought a Licence. Now I upgraded to Android device 7 and I receive the Notice "Unfortunately the pixel format of your device is not supported. we are working on this." and only black can been seen on the client side. This is especially strange because the pixel format will not change just because of an modernize of Android device. Should you please shed some light on the problem and provide a solution. I rely on this feature for my presentations. EDIT: Changed from 4 to 5 stars due to the very awesome help!

  Tyson Domer: VNC server implementation and functionality has been constantly improving since 2017... Works well with RealVNC viewer (Android device & Windows) and another viewer apks. I use it to remotely access my Lenovo Tab410 (Android device 7.1.1...now on Android device O...) smartphone from my smartphone and desktop. The best (only?) non-root VNC server for Android device that I have found that works...and is maintained by the developers over the long term. Kudos.

  Josh Schwartz: I usually use teamviewer host to connect to my smartphone and tablets but Asus has an agreement with them that it requires a $400 business license for me to use on my private smartphone. What a bunch of garbage! I installed alpha vnc, gave it the permissions it asked for and BOOM! works perfectly on my ASUS ZenPad 10 3S! It also works on my kindle fire where I sideloaded the play shop. Every another remote access apk just displayed a distorted screen or did not let control of the device. Once more, installed alpha vnc and it works! On a device that by all rights shouldn't even let it! Very satisfied with this apk. I remember when it first came out years ago it barely worked. It has come leaps and bounds forward and I am thoroughly impressed. Hold up the perfect work.
