I'll give everyone instructions on how to sync both headphones! :) 1.Turn on the left earset, press and keep the minus button until it turns off. 2.Turn the right earset on, press the minus button until it turns off. 3.Turn on your bluetooth on your device, press and keep the power button on your left earset until it starts blinking red and blue, after that pair it to your device. 4. Turn on your right earset and allow it blink blue until it syncs to your left earset.(should only take a min). :) that's it.

  Margaret H: Go to You Tube for video I almost did what some others did and returned them. Altec was not nice in leaving out instruction on how to sync the devices to each another after pairing the left one to the apk and device. Now it's good! Glad I didn't return them.

  Matt S.: This is not about the apk. The apk sucks!! THANKS to @AlveroHernandez. My earbuds stopped pairing to each another. Bummer, right. Well, I did not give up. Watched the only YouTube video from altec Lansing on how to pair the Bluetooth to a device. Still, not pairing to each another. THANK YOU a hundred times over Alvero. How on earth did you figure out the "keep the (-) minus button until it shuts off" ??? Genius. This comment alone, is why I'm using my earbuds right now, as I kind this, to listen to my metal melody, in stereo, wirelessly, without interruption.

  A Google User: This is unacceptable Seriously? I can really only blame myself, I could have read the reviews. No matter what I test, I cannot receive the right ear piece to sync. The apk itself has a garbage minimalist interface. There's close to no problem shooting. The customer help is atrocious. Not only will I be returning this product, and never buying other one, but I will not be recommending this or any product to any of the costumers that I interact with at work. My largest regret is that I can't rate this lower than 1 star. Garbage.

  A Google User: Allow down My right paired,unlike everyone else's. But when the search me button was pushed the left was barely audible. It said GPS tracking! What happened to that! That was my main buying point. This price is method over rated when my voyager Plantronics was water resistant, 7 hr, battery,& told you so...,could answer,hang up, and even call without even touching my smartphone. But most of all $50 cheaper. The only true positive that I can say is the music's sound is unbelievable
