  Nix: Don't see the need to use this another than to check the battery of my device. Not sure why people are saying that you need this apk to use it. You don't, it's a Bluetooth speaker. Although it does seem to have issues with iPads, constantly disconnecting. But Apple forums says that everywhere so it's the device, not the speakers.

  Jeff Rogers: Works good! Galaxy 7 Active paired with Super Life Jacket. All of the options work excellent. I want there were more EQ settings than Bass Boost, 3D, and Preset, but another than that I like it a lot. The remote control works from anywhere in my house. The bass boost definitely kicks it up a notch or two. Not sure why 3D is even an option though. It sounds so much better with it on I don't know why anyone would ever turn it off. Advice: sync apk with speaker before you begin playing melody to avoid the "not supported" notice.

  Linae Furkins: Just bought a speaker and downloaded the apk simply to adjust the setting for the volume to how I wish it. I see they have various melody things but don't have Pandora listed to link up to. I hadn't heard of 2 they have listed but you would think they have Pandora to link up with oh well. Will use the apk to adjust my settings and that's about it.

  Curtis Moore: Battery life indicator The apk will sync up with my fresh Super life jacket. Its nice to have a separate remote volume control for the speaker itself.The only trouble I am finding is the battery life only indicates 32% after a full night charge and the custom preset will not highlight and let private changes.

  Joshua Nelson: Smh If you wish apk to work go to Bluetooth and forget device, keep down BT until beeping, then use NFC, by laying smartphone on top of speaker and connect via NFC, once connected go to apk select speaker ;) If it doesn't work select forget BT and retry.

  Elliott Root: I read the reviews and was a tiny worried, but I installed it and got the apk and the speakers to work. Party mode also worked (2 super life jackets together). I was able to play melody via the Altec apk as well as my own user. I don't use spotify, so I can't comment on that. I then walked about 15 feet from the speakers and the sound got choppy, so watch your range when moving with your smartphone. But, so far so awesome.

  Chris H: Seems like it gives no benefit for my fresh speaker unless I'm completely fresh. Apk is too slow and and not interactive enough(give me instructions to connect even though I already am). It also doesn't use the media services I use or any benefits to pop it begin when I am using other service to increase my experience. Not worth the data to download at the moment.

  zachary barnes: It works for me with Omni jacket ultra but it doesn't load all the songs from my Spotify bonus, no matter how much I refresh or reset the apk? If that should be fixed and the equalizer have more bands and functionality to it I'd give it 5 stars but it needs a modern modernize with more melody services! Please!!!

  Anthony Foote: This apk is only awesome for adjusting the EQ on my Omni Jacket. Another than that, the apk seems to be worthless. No battery life indicator in the apk. No another features that are worth more than a 2 star rating. Improvement is required to create it worth while.

  Got a mini H2O (IMW 247) for Xmas. Connected to Galaxy S7 running Android device 7.0 Nougat. Apk has no battery details, no volume control, no player manual for this model and will play melody for a while and then randomly stop but Bluetooth is still paired. It may work well for another models but useless for mini H20. Uninstalled and went back to Google Play Melody.

  Useless This apk is absolute crap, the boomjacket 2 is not compatible with it and manually pairing the speakers is useless as they won't stay paired.
