  Heather Sciacca: As long as my smartphone has a wireless connection or LTE signal it works excellent. Beautiful sure these haters just don't have a signal and don't even know it. I can view my Shutterbuttons video straight from my smartphone as well as all of my pictures from the rides and front gate.

  Joy Ann Stark: I have had my Universal Orlando yearly picture acc for 4 years now. It works good on my home computer to download my pictures. But the Apk for my smartphone is terrible!! The apk stops running and I can't download my pictures to my smartphone. PLEASE FIX THE ISSUES!!! This is now 4 days of problems. I have even uninstalled the apk and installed it once more to see if that works.

  Nicole Sanders: Used to work now it won't I loved the apk when I first got it. I have an annual passholder image pass for universal and loved being able to immediately download my pics to my smartphone. In the latest month I've removed and redownloaded at least 4 times and can never connect to the server. What happened to the apk?

  Justin Harber: Garbage. Took image at park & paid through the nose of a print and a digital download. Site is broken, cannot find for image using the receipt, barcode in the apk doesn't work, when I tried to email customer service, the email failed to send through their website. And no one is answering the customer service smartphone. Just buy a selfie stick and save time and cash.
