  Jamie Connolly: When prompting Alexa to control my home, before I have finished speaking she goes back to sleep so have to wake her once more to execute the task, this doesn't happen every time but regularly. I know video calling etc is due with future updates and for me that is all that is letting the Present mode down at show

  West_Nebraska_Dude: Updated Review! I'm using it on a Lenovo Smart Tab P10 with the Smart Dock. There were a lot of glitches with the apk and then an modernize became stuck in a loop. An extremely nice and helpful Amazon Alexa tech worked with me and referred the case to an engineer. I left the tab off overnight. Next day I restarted and it went through the modernize and Alexa set up once more and now works good. There are still some limited settings, but I really was impressed with the quick response. 👍

  Greg Hughes: The original ver of the apk works reasonably well for me, but once the apk updates, it starts crashing every few mins when docked. I rolled it back as I have found advised online, and it worked ok, until, of course, it auto updated. So not I've got the smartphone set to manual updates and will just modernize another apks manually occasionally. Type of a pain, but I like the device otherwise. Hope the developers receive a more stable modernize out there.

  Jason New: The device itself is good i have the Lenovo Tab M10 10 Inch 16GB FHD Smartphone & Alexa Smart Speaker, i understand its a fresh model so there are bound to be some teething issues, but the constant beep sound when losing blue tooth connection on the the Smart Speaker of which could have the option to disable sound of this as i leave the smartphone on Alex Present during the night and the beeps seems to wake me up :-( , the re connection is not trouble as connects quickly (however this could not happen anyway in regarding B/T connecting) another then this please in the next modernize for this can you fix problems and will change to 5 stars when fixed...

  Richard Bravinder: Got this on a Lenovo Smart Tab bundle and the smartphone (P10) itself is perfect. However as a long time Alexa player, I search the Alexa tool on this smartphone is sadly limited. From tiny things like being able to change the wake word, to getting reliable connections with my Arlo cameras, to having communication features like joining groups and drop-in, a tool modernize is required to create this a true, as described bundle.

  Matt Overton: Needs work. Have all the toggles turned on to display trending subjects, upcoming happenings etc. but it shows none of that instead sticking to a generic background with a generic advice at the bottom. These settings are totally ignored. I am able to set a custom background from my Amazon Images... until the smartphone is powered off or rebooted when it "forgets" this setting and reverts back to the default backgrounds once more.

  Paul Kelley: knowing I was buying a first gen product I've tried to be understanding and patient. While the hardware seems solid, this tool simply is not and we're a lot of months into using now. Granted some problems have been resolved with updates, but the constant disconnecting/reconnecting of Bluetooth while in dock is terrible due to the noises created each time. If it didn't chime I wouldn't even be aware 99% of the time. Will happily modify rating to be higher if Lenovo can receive their items together and fix

  Brent Grimm: Most of features work good; however all of the video apks cause present mode to crash. I tried with both Ring and Wyze, and both had the same effect. This is the main reason I wanted a product with present mode so its disappointing. It is also only playing melody from Amazon Melody rather than spotify like all my others are setnup to do. Hopefully just growing pains of a brand fresh product. If this is fixed, it'll be good.

  Jessica Coleman: Sorry, something went wrong. That's the only response I ever receive from Alexa unless I manually choose the button to create Alexa listen. I have tried every fix I can think and those that forums recommend to receive Alexa to answer to voice activation to no avail. I really wish this to work, please make a patch to create this work!
