  The whole amazon key set up was fairly simple for me. It took no more than 15 mins and I am not a technical person (excluding all mechanical set ups). Setting codes for each family member also was a fast affair. I like the freedom of leaving home without worrying about forgetting the key. I can check whether the door is locked remotly, and close it if important. Lock unblock and video works well in the apk, but it takes few tries to receive used to it. First delivery was an awkward experience cause I was at home but everything worked as expected. Got a clip, and few notifications prior.

  Richard Smith: As of now on February 10th to 2018 no problems. Hurst for someone that lives in apartment and has an Amazon fulfillment center within 10 mins of of their apartment it is almost a godsend to prevent porch Pirates. We can we have assigned 6 players and receive notifications when they are leaving and going and with this second Cloud cam you can see the whole apartment could have got this earlier hope this helps.

  Does not work with Android device 7.1.1 (Note 8)- shows "unable to load acc (data), please check network connection to or test once more later ". Works well on older smartphone ver.. Need tech help assist..

  Rich Hosek: Works well with the Amazon Key delivery service, installation was easy. But what the apk is really lacking, particularly on the android device ver is widgets. Very much would like to see a lock/unlock widget that shows the status of that lock and lets you toggle it without having to begin the apk. Dare I ask for integration with another safety hubs? Wink?

  Kristen Steffen: Can't have multiple players for one lock/camera. Crazy if you think about most homes have more than one occupant.
