  Warren Schrader: The apk is fine. It'll give you the basics on your 401k contributions, investments, beneficiaries, and loans. Most changes will need to be done through the site. I really wished they would enable a biometric login.

  A Google user: I posted the awful review yesterday (2/26). I was having slow loading, functionality, and server problems. I even restarted my smartphone and still had problems. Today is a whole various story. I was able to sign in normally and with biometric sign in. I also was able to navigate through my profile with no major problems. There still is a slow, loading problem, but it is not as slow as yesterday. I tried calling the number provided by the developer, but I don't have time to wait in the queue.

  Timothy wheaton: I can't set up at all i just set up on internet sight using smartphone. Worked ok. Then i tried downloading apk on smartphone and logging in using same name and password just blinks and shows me empty boxes where i just typed name and password. Thought maybe because first time using i might have to set up there to so tried doing fresh player. The put you have to kind ss# after second digit the boxes go red then once all# are typed goes green or blue I'm not sure. But once i hit enter ss# just disappears

  G Soyars: I can't receive the Biometrics fingerprint log in way to work. Actually, the trouble seems to be with the One-Time Passcode Delivery Ways set up on the full website. I can set up my mobile smartphone and it will send me a code. So it looks like it is set up. But when test to log in on the apk, it says there are no Delivery Ways set up. If I go back on the full site, the delivery way I had set up is no longer there. So I think the trouble in in the One-Time Passcode Delivery Way section of the full site, not really with the apk.

  A Google user: The apk works 1/10 times. I have to re-enter all my details even after choosing the remember me option. When I receive it all entered it tells me that I am already logged in. When I do receive in the layout is beautiful nice and simple to navigate. Considering the limited amount of times I have been able to log in the apk is difficult to judge.

Also when you test to place your birthday in it's really difficult going back 52 years using the calendar. You could be able to just place the date in with kind.

  K Snyder: No biometrics after latest modernize. I like to check my 401k balance once in a while and it appears that fingerprint sign-in is no longer an option. Why take that away??? Pulling in my password manager and entering my player id and password every single time is a pain.

  Andes Horne: Apk is broken. Can't log in anymore. I receive a white screen with the option to enable biometrics login on the bottom. Once I activate bio login it says I must login to activate bio login, but the login screen is still just a blank white screen, but now with the option to turn bio login off. If I turn bio login off it takes me back the the original blank white screen.
