  A Google user: Totally dependable (gratis ver, 3 years of use, currently purchasing pay ver). DO NOT INSTALL THIS APP IF YOU ARE CARELESS! It is so simple to use that it is also simple to, say, delete a file unintentionally if you are inattentive. But otherwise this is a low-footprint, high-reliability means of finding and managing files on your device including storage card. I was about to install the very fat ES File Manager today when I realized that - while Andexplorer doesn't explicitly help the folder-shortcut capacity I was considering - all I had to do was to create its "Home Place" option the only folder to which I really required a shortcut, anyway, then stick an AndExplorer shortcut where I can receive at it easily.

  Marguerite Barwick: I don't think I'd be able to use my Nexus 7 without this apk: it is so vital that I think of it as being built in, forgetting that I actually had to download it from Play Shop! It has been on all my Android device devices, from my very first smartphone and downloading it is part of my setting up process for a fresh device. I bought the paid ver just to help a awesome developer.

  A Google user: Hi, I like this apk. Two features I would like. One, a recycle bin. Two, the option in find pane to click on a file and see info (i.e. path name). It looks like it will work, but then when you click on info it throws an error that says "please choose only one file. This happens even if only one file is chosen from the find results. Also needs slash and paste from find field results. Had to reinstall after Marshmallow make batter. Thanks. God bless. Aaron

  PHILIP CREASY: I've used this for 2 years, pro for 1 year. It's very straightforward without complicating bells n whistles; you can look at hidden files etc. But since I upgraded my note [original] ,from ics to jellybean, pro ver has been failing to begin. I've had to uninstall and re-install a few times. So 4 not 5 stars

  Jeff Martens: This was a good apk, but is now beautiful awesome. A bug is that when you begin a file, it opens the another apk and file ok, but then back no longer works. To return to file browsing, it is important to slay the apk first.

  Christopher Lydiate: this is or was 5 star, hands down. totally good as no root needed to rename file extensions like .jpg etc not sure if modernize problem or I'm just not on lollipop yet but this function has stopped working. I can't even delete files now. definitely back to 5 stars if this can be addressed. apologies to the dev if it is my device. I'm on galaxy s4. thinking of changing to nexus 6. cheers.

  Dustin Prince: So bare bone of a apk it does nothing. If anyone even likes this apk then you've never really used one that does work properly. There are a few good file explorers that Do Not require ROOT and present everything in the complete file directory with more options and features then you will ever use and yet still are little memory apks. Also according to Google it's latest modernize was in 2014.
