  DONNA MARTUCCI: We have lived here for over 10 years. When ever we had a trouble. We called maintenance up. They came the same day or next day. We did have a large trouble with the water. In front of our building. They had someone there the same day to fix it. Plus we were with out hot water for a day. Chelsea was good they kept us modernize on the internet too. We were told the water would be back the next day. There is only one regret I have about this complex. That is the pool is method too little for the amount of people that live here. I do love the club house too. I gave my husband a attractive birthday party there. It was beautiful cheap for the amount that they should have charged us. Plus I do test to use the exercise room daily. When we first moved in the machines were almost always broke. Now they hold it beautiful well in awesome shape. Every once in a while I will go in there and a machine would be down or broken. I do have to say the staff and maintenance people are very polite. I go for a morning walk almost every morning and one of the maintenance people wave at me every time he see me. Boy does that create me feel satisfied and secure around the complex.

  Eileen Bolli: I lived here 4 years all of the staff is unbelievable. Safety, maintenance, and the girls at the office and the front gate know my name.This is a very really big complex but its like a hometown. Neighbors are all friendly and even offer me rides to the store.The corporation rightly could provide a shuttle bus like all the another Carlton arms communities for the elderly,disabled and people that don't drive.Why is this place with 900 apartments various?

  Esther Colburn: 1) Need more grounds private to create their rounds more intailled, like going next to entrances to remove trash and cigarettes. It seems no one has been shown fresh personnel or replacements to extend their coverage to next to buildings. 2) Dog without leash; is it in the contract. 3) Appearances have improved, in as, everyone does carry lighted cigarettes when entering building. 4) The parking in front of buildings are a trouble. Tenants have 2 vehicles and take up 2 places instead of one.

  sdgirl inla: You can't find by name and place together. If I search an apartment I'm interested in I wish to look to see how it's rated. I place the name in and it lists related apartment names from across the country. No assist. I'll uninstall and stick with the site.
