  Totsaporn S: If you search issues about syncing connectng. I suggest restart factory APEX POD and clear cache apk then install once more. Then you may be search trouble pairs. You can fix by connecting other phone.Then connecting main smartphone once more. I test do it.I not found issues with sync and connecting it latest week.

  Andrew Lewis: Disappointed. Bought today and it won't Pair with my Samsung Note 10+ doesn't even asked for the pair code. Tried on my iPad worked first time. So then tried a factory restart and also reinstalled the apk and still won't ask for the code when pairing. If not resolved in the next few days will be sending it back. I have email customer services also. Will modernize if sorted if not then avoid

  Joshua Clark-Bell: This is the best product on the shop and it is a reputable company. There are some synching problems I have as previously mentioned and it only registers a sprint after a 2 min time frame which can mean waiting around. However if it had the ability to track various sprint speeds in the same session this would create it a mini game changer!!

  Sparkle Jam: Awesome when it works, however lost all my data today. God knows. I've emailed for assist. And no answer. May return it Modernize... Just done a fresh modernize.. Complete rubbish. Keeps crashing now. Once once more all my data has vanished. Awful apk Hi. I've sent emails recently and more recently today, I've managed to receive my data back. But since fresh modernize, I've not been able to sync pod to smartphone. Literally spent most of the morning trying to do it. So disappointed with this now

  Patrick Crehan: Further modernize 26 October: Fresh modernize has created it even worse. Have lost all my data and can't view anything. Really frustrating. Modernize: Customer Service is just as awful as the apk, got onto them continuously and they were no assist. Doesn't work on Android device phones and barely worked on iPhone until not working on either. Had to create a fresh acc because my email wasn't recognised on iPhone but it was on Android device (?). Serious work must be done on apk to hold up with the potential of the pod

  Donal Smith: Has stopped working on android device. Fixed it temporarily by reinstalling the apk but then it keeps unpairing and can't reconnect to pod. Works OK on iPhone but statistics somehow read various on both devices - mapping in particular. The android device problem is being experienced by multiple guys on the squad using the pod. Not awesome enough considering we only purchased them a few months ago.
