  Uses a proprietary "SAIL" language. Has tiny user base meaning little or no help available online. Little or no sample code, and questionable (and often outdated) doentation. Code debugging is impossible and error messages are almost useless. Really not set up to support on site installations. Set up is optimized for viewing on a phone, which we will never use, and no way to optimize for desktop only viewing. Two week online trial is not enough time to do anything. Training is not very good either. It actually might be an OK BPM tool, but I was using it for web applications, and it ed for that.

  A Google user: The beauty of this Apk is in its simplicity and usability. When our organization develops apks for our web based players it is a seamless transition to the mobile apk for our really big tablet/smartphone player base. We've also been very satisfied with the consistent updates to the application. Appian takes a lot of of the critical enhancement requests created on their Appian Forum and work them into product releases quarterly. Needless to say, LiUNA! is very satisfied with the Apk and we look forward to future enhancements.

  David Chau: iPad and Android device ver need to the more related. Filter selection on records is cumbersome. Like to see better use of Notifications for Task. File Upload/Attachments doesn't let use of a File Manager, only Image Gallery. Actions tab need grouping like the Browser ver, as this list receive really big very quick.

  A Google user: I installed this apk on my android device device. After providing the server address,username and password when I click on "Add an acc" , it gives me authentication failure error,though the credentials are valid. The tempo is configured on server.Please allow me know if any more configuration is required on server side?
