  Eric Parks: Overall, I think the apk is good. Booking a taxi was intuitive as was the rest if the apk. I only have a few problems. One was a Billing problem that customer service resolved quickly. The rest of the problems were associated with not being able to receive connected with a taxi in busy places. In these I had to receive in a local taxi which defeated the desire to use credit card. they may wish to consider using qr codes in taxis so I can pay for a public cab i just jumped in. then it would be near excellent.

  A Google user: Initially, there was a trouble with the apk where I was forced to pay twice for a ride because I paid the driver directly after requesting a taxi with 'pay online' option. Although customer rep did not answer to my inquiry before the 2nd payment was charged, they did promptly address the problem once they did answer few days later. I am quite happy that the refund is being processed. Thank you!

  Ignacio Rodríguez: Waste of time. I installed it, validated my card and the first time I tried to use it to ebook a taxi, no taxi accepted the order. I tried two times and in both cases no success... Apks like this are nice for foreigners to ease the payment but if taxis do not agree the orders later, it is useless. Note: perfect help, they contacted me and explained why no taxi came. I hope next time it will came! Nice apk!

  piero galeone: First time I used it it worked ok. So far so awesome. However, I preferred to pay directly the taxi driver because I do not feel confident of give my credit card data to the apk. I strongly suggest them to contain the chance to pay in apk by using PayPal, which is safer than giving your credit card data (I will rate the apk higher if they contain PayPal payments). I would like to flag a tiny tool bug: in the log of my taxi rides the apk believes that I did my first taxi ride from the place where presumably I was when I installed the apk, but I did not ebook any taxi from that place - however no true negative consequence because of this minor error

  David Bell: Chosen my place on the map, but it shortened the address and sent the driver to the wrong place. Tried to pay by the apk and it didn't agree payment, so paid money, but now have an outstanding payment stuck on the apk. Pointless, just call a taxi and pay money.

  A Google user: Everything you know the Uber apk features, is missing in this apk. The only thing this does is send your place via SMS to the central. You receive an SMS back stating the address doesn't exist. You call, and they hang up. Marvelous!

  A Google user: Useless 'pay by card' option, was forced to pay money to driver which caused extreme inconvenience! Difficult to select place, as moving the map automatically adjusts the pointer to a various put which is annoying when the place and road names are unfamiliar. Taxis do not arrive in the time or to the correct address, and even picked up the wrong passengers from the wrong road before reaching my place which was inconvenient for everyone involved! Would not suggest to anyone.

  Marty Lawless: Even though it offers another languages it most communicates in Italian. Gave it an Italian number and continued to error on a 5am reservation. It does not find places to ensure you receive the destination correct for the taxi. Just the worst.

  Luc: Awful apk. Just a product of the Italian gvts beef with Uber. It is what it is, but if you're not going to have a functional alternative, you might as well allow a personal vendor doing the job a trillion times better on your roads. This apk is a joke. You can never receive a taxi, vehicles are unmarked, drivers are unprofessional, and there's no method to receive a quote on you're ride until the trillion fees Italian taxis charge add up--at the end of the trip.. 😠😠😠

  Domhnall Ó Donnchadha: This app's only as reliable as the taxi service & in Florence it's a generally awful service. Better than nothing and only slightly more useful than calling 4242 because the operators can be openly hostile. You cannot schedule a cab in advance, despite the apk indicating you can. Begin cab requests are closed after about a min and it doesn't save your failed requests so you have to recomplete all fields each time. GPS address estimation is awful at best though that's more a trouble of Italian address assignment and digital mapping. It says you can pay hailed cabs through the apk but all drivers pled ignorance on that one and demanded money.

  Pucci D: Installed a fresh ver, as awful as ever. Does not allow me save my card after successful 3d safe verification, and still has maddening pop up about geo place. And NO, geo place is NOT important, I can still call a taxi inserting address manually but must receive rid of pop up every 5 seconds. Worst taxi apk I've ever used.
