  A Google user: Allow me tell you all a story... one day this child in my school (who I absolutely hate) comes in and draws this really good picture. All of the sudden, he gets all of this undeserved attention (I'm sure you all can relate to this). So instead of learning to draw and taking time to master a tough craft, I just downloaded this apk... within mins I had some really good items to present off. If you're looking for a shortcut, or even if you're already an artist who needs to touch up, download the damn apk

  A Google user: Hey Vincent, First of all thank you, for this terrific apk! I love to paint and draw ... BUT ... I've been resigned to doing abstract art (mostly just for me) because I just can not sketch. This apk, already in its developmental scene, is a milestone for my self and I'm curious to see what else is coming. It is largely self-explanatory and in a few mins I already had significant sketching success. I have not regretted the purchase, since it makes me smile inside complementing my skills. I suggest this apk to anyone who wants to improove their skills and to broaden their horizons in the arts. A functionality to shop the running project would be nice in the future, just to continue where you left off. Or is there already something for that? Regards

  A Google user: I am an experienced artist and this apk is worth every penny. It cuts my layout time dramatically, especially on repetitive graphics on non transparent surfaces. Anyone can trace using thin paper. Projectors are expensive and bulky but this apk is flexible and simple to use. I use it to receive primary form and proportion down then allow my artistic eye take over. 5 stars.

It is not yet as robust as the Camera Lucida for IOS but understand more features are in development. Yay! Ya'll this is so worth the $4.99. Easy, clean, simple to use, not a bunch of confusing features.

  A Google user: First I wish to say a large thank you to the developer. I was confused before using this apk. Because of the word "AR". I thought it might be augmented reality. So I avoided it, only because of my smartphone is a cheaper android device smartphone and I can't afford expensive augmented reality supportive smartphone due to my financial crisis. However one day I casually decided to check this apk and my whole experience became joyful and I regain energy to do more and more paintings. This is just not an ordinary apk or a drawing program, if you are a serious artist then it is your best partner on whom you can believe.

  A Google user: An perfect apk. I love painting in watercolours but I can't draw. This apk used in conjunction with a clamped arm to keep my phone enables me to draw any image on the smartphone on to a sheet of paper below by looking through the image. it uses the camera in the smartphone to look through a semi transparent image. Set up carefully as the phone's camera can distort. I found it easier with my smartphone rather than my smartphone. Has solved all my issues so well worth the cash.

  A Google user: Good apk .....at latest I can receive faces to look like they could with the bits all in the right territories. My husband has managed to modernize my android device ver and I can have AR Lucida on my own Samsung Smartphone ... Thank you Vincent for getting us sorted out. My first atempt at using it was a portrait of my daughters dog and it turned out good. Who knows where I will be when I have mastered it....... I did test a couple of another versions of Camera Lucida but they did not come anywhere near AR Lucida. THANK YOU for helping me overcome my artistic frustrations

  A Google user: I'm counting on you Vincent to create this ver of the apk as robust as the iPad ver. This wouldn't install on my Samsung Note Pro 12" smartphone because it is one ver below the OS requirement but I'm hoping you will search a solution as I don't wish to jailbreak my smartphone for one apk and Samsung is never going to modernize the operating system further. Fortunately I have a Samsung Note 4 Phone which is updated so decided to buy the apk anyway to help the developer, even though I don't wish to use it with a smartphone and would prefer using the apk with a smartphone. I'll modernize my opinion of the apk after I've had a possibility to actually use it although so far there have been crashes while trying to access images through X-Plore file browser.

My wife wants to install it on her Samsung TabA which is about a year older but when i go to playstore, Im told that the device (SM T350, Android device 5.02) is not compatible how can i receive your apk to work

  A Google user: Good apk. The only problem is it Doesn't work well in full screen mode on the Samsung Galaxy S8, it stretches the camera. This is making the apk impossible to use because it stretches. I have tried to disable fullscreen mode but it still stretches too much. I hate to leave a awful review so I will modernize my review when you fix it.

  A Google user: I use AR Lucida to draw cartoons on birthday cards. Love this apk. The old carbon paper way was too messy. My family will ask "Where's my cartoon?" They think I'm an artist. ShalI I tell them I'm just tracing it? Nah! Having too much fun. On thing though, the camera photo is stretched 150 percent vertically on my Motorola J6 phone but I just adjust the stored photo using other apk to compensate and it works ok.

No acknowledgement either of receipt of email. I was waiting since I bought this apk to not leaving a negative review but Vincent has left me no choice. please fix this bug asap.

  bing Villanueva: After I downloaded the apk, there were some Menu Selections that did not work: Settings & Camera (coming soon). When I visited the web website of the developer, it displayed a various product: Mobile Lucida. I tried to email him for clarification about theses 2 selections as well as with Mobile Lucida? Apparently, the email address in the apk no longer exist. Tells me that there is no longer any help for this product. Otherwise, I thought, it was a ok apk when I tried it.

  A Google user: Refunded... the whole point to using any apk like this is to receive proportions right with a drawing. That is completely undermined when the apk changes the perspective of the camera. I see multiple people complaining about this.
