  Kaicheng Liang: This is a solid 5 star apk. I've downloaded over 10 apks for learning the alphabet but this is the ONLY apk that is truly effective. The apk teaches the letters gradually and provides numerous practice words in flashcard form that only use the letters already taught, so you receive an intense drilling. It is surprisingly hard to search these 'easy' words for practice (my human teacher couldn't). Don't bother with the Alif Baa ebook ($20-30), you just need this apk. The low ratings appear to be from random folks whose apk was incompatible with their smartphone - it doesn't reflect on the apk quality. One recommendation would be to provide an option to turn on/off the randomization of the practice words in Step 3, rather than create it the default. Also it would be awesome to let switching to Step 1 for a fast check, then switching back to Step 3 without the word changing.

  Chris G: I haven't used it in a while now that I'm in somewhat of an immersion course, but it was good on my desktop. I realized I should re-rate this mobile apk and apologize to Sarah for not figuring it out sooner. Hoping my son can use it for our next trip to the Middle East. He got the hang of the first couplet of lessons on the site. Good program. Also, Sarah was really helpful when I was having problems with the smartphone apk. So A+ customer Service!

  Carol Ives: This is the best apk for learning the Arabic alphabet that I have come across. I like its clarity and simplicity, along with sufficient examples, including useful audio. Visually the apk design is clean and uncluttered. I would give five stars, but the trouble is that the audio has stopped working. I have tried uninstalling and re-installing, but still have the same trouble. If this bug can be fixed, the apk will be excellent.

  Hasib Muyen: I have used the online website before. The content is good. Tried the apk, but it stops audio after a short while, restarting the apk does not work. Have to reset mobile, but that too only works for few mins. I am using a Xiaomi smartphone. May be its better in Samsungs and IPhones :(

  Ottilie Beardsley: The pronunciation of vowels changes with each speaker. From this tool it's impossible to learn how to pronounce letters and words correctly. It's really too awful, because the lesson format is unbelievable.

  Rebecca Webster: Unbelievable apk but the listen button keeps on not working whilst I'm using the apk. It will work at first and then stop working for no reason. Smartphone volume is ok and on loud, tried with and without headphones etc so it's definitely not my smartphone. Please allow me know how to change this?
