The fresh ver of the international award-winning ArtLens Apk combines the most current technology and innovative design with a wealth of interpretive content for every work of art on view at the Cleveland Museum of Art. The app’s redesigned interface is clean and intuitive and the wayfinding map is more responsive, using 252 iBeacons throughout every gallery in the museum to improve accuracy and eliminate the need for paper maps. ArtLens Apk uses Bluetooth technology to connect to the museum’s iconic ArtLens Wall and ArtLens Exhibition interactives. Images taken during ArtLens Exhibition video test save directly to a device's camera roll. The Apk updates in real-time ensuring that players have access to the most accurate info available. The ArtLens Apk features five main categories: 1. Find Find the CMA's collection by artist name, artwork title, and accession number to explore works on view in the museum. Here you can search a scrollable list of “Latest Acquisitions," “Collection Highlights,” and “Top Ten Visitor Favorites." 2. Galleries · Scan: Using innovative image-recognition tool, ArtLens Apk seamlessly recognizes a selection of two-dimensional artworks and provides extra curatorial and interpretive content. · Map: Galleries are color-coded and grouped thematically to facilitate easier navigation. Tap any gallery number to see a gallery description and all artworks in that gallery. · Wayfinding: Push the “Search Me” button at any time to search your exact place in the museum. · Content: Contains every artwork on view, including more than 1,500 videos, accessible for chosen artworks. Changes to any object on view are dynamically and immediately updated from the backend systems across the apk and throughout the museum. · Nearby Artworks: Visitor-favorited and featured artworks. · Bluetooth: ArtLens Apk uses Bluetooth to connect to ArtLens Wall and all interactives in ArtLens Exhibition, making synchronization seamless. 3. Tours Select from "Featured," "Multimedia," "Themed," and Visitor-Created" tours in ArtLens Apk. The mapping feature locates specific artworks and navigates the entire tour. 4. You Favorited artworks on the Wall and the Apk and artworks played in ArtLens Exhibition interactives are automatically saved in "You.” Favorites can be used to make personalized tours, search specific artworks or share on social media. 5. Museum Get a everyday snapshot of happenings and unique exhibitions occurring at the museum as well as the place of restrooms, restaurants and exits. A Google user: Immersive, informative method to tour the museum by yourself! The actual ArtLens exhibit was underwhelming and the apk occasionally crashes, but overall I love the layout, info, and ability to favorite stuff from the collection.

Nick Groh: It's good when it works, but it generally doesn't work so it's not that good. Continual force close errors. Gps/wifi is just broken. Good idea.

Paul Koepke: I like the idea. The scan feature never worked, and it's not entirely clear how the scan feature works. The initial download took so long I was halfway through my visit before I should use the apk. Maybe the apk should load photos on demand?

Donald Beard: Found no method to back out of the apk with the Android device back arrow. Have to "slay" apk - to shut it down. ArtLens 1.0 was WAY better! Run on Nexus 6 with Android device 6.0.1-May safety patches.

Vinny Tony: First off, there is no signage anywhere to allow you know about this apk. I kept seeing "Artlens" by choose pieces. That must be an apk, I thought. Checked. Started to download...realized it was large so I canceled. Jumped on the gratis Wi-Fi and tried once more. As someone said, I'm halfway through my visit at this point. Would not download on the wireless connection. Crashed at least 3 times. A lot of related complaints so it's not just me. I have a beautiful high end smartphone too. #fail
