  A fresh ver was released in mid-August, and it had some critical bugs that created it not work on some Android device devises. An modernize was released in late August whick corrected the bugs. This apk could be on the smartphone or smartphone of every 1st responder who has a railroad in their place. The railcar identifier is indispensible in an emergency. This is one of 5 "essential" HazMat apks I tell students to download (the others are the ERG, HazMat Evac, WISER, & CAMEO Chemicals). HazMat responder & regional HazMat instructor.
