  Joe Secco: I deleted the old widget first. After, go to application manager, download, Att all access. Delete first, cache, force stop in order. Finally reset. Now go to google shop and download the fresh ATT ALL ACCESS search and download recent. After installed OPEN it. Allow it run. It will populate your smartphone, acc, wi fi, hotspot wi fi details. The latest step drag a widget into your favorite page. Widgets, 4 accessible. I love this fresh ver details. Better than old one. But miss the old widget with the logo :D
