  Monique Thomas: Typically, I am satisfied with Au Bon Pain and using the apk. Today, I am not satisfied at all. I ordered and paid for a Latte and got a regular coffee. There is a price difference between the two and I don't like paying for things I don't receive. Had I not required to be at work ASAP, I would have kicked up a very loud fuss but the whole reason I use the apk is to save time and not be late for my job. Au Bon Pain needs to do better.

  denise williams: So disorganized. The staff knows nothing about the apk or how to assist guest with questions. Also there's no where to cancel a order even if you call the shop they don't even know. Got charged for a sandwich twice because they don't know their items.

  TL G: Sophia Safety rates this as an insecure apk. Why does it need full network access and all the needed permissions? Uninstalling as I would be scared to connect a payment kind to this apk.
