We had one problem with one members smartphone so I emailed them and within about 10 mins I had a response with how to fix it. Good product, good application, and good customer service.   Mike Lovelace: It has taken us over month to receive the computer and tool sorted out. Finally latest weekend, we had everything running smoothly. One of the elements of our system is the AudioFetch device. I never had any trouble with your piece and it worked correctly from the first time I plugged it in. Sure want the rest of the system worked that well! We are taking audio from our adult class and our worship service and sending it to a specialized computer to do instant translation from English to Spanish. Then we send it to AudioFetch and people in the auditorium can begin the Apk on their phones and hear everything in Spanish. It’s an good set up. This is so much cleaner than trying to do Blue-Tooth with multiple transmitters and receivers.

  Daniel B. Rea: When this works it's good! My gym has installed it for all of the tv's in front of the treadmills. It's super simple to switch from one television to other. OK, that's the awesome news. Sometimes I have to slay the apk and re-start it, as a lot of as 4 or 5 times, before it works like it could. One time I had to delete it and re-install it before it would present all of the devices (tv's). None of this is critically awful, but it can be annoying. I don't know if the trouble is in AudioFetch, in the wireless connection system at my gym, or in my Moto G4 Android device smartphone. Summary- when it works I love it. Another times it's beautiful annoying.

  Steve Wolfe: Partially loads or doesn't load at all then locks up android device smartphone completely. I was contacted by the staff of the health club and was given a fix for use with Android device phones which solved the problems. AudioFetch now works very well with no issuues.

  Anna Arellano: This Apk works fine This is an updated review....... After a lot of emails back anf forth with customer service, it finally was fixed.... However, you can only use it with WiFi and my gym's Wireless connection doesnt currently work so I still cant use this App............I have tried this Apk a lot of times & it never works. Either it stays in Channel one or it doesn't work at all. It sometimes kicks me out as soon as I begin it. I have uninstalled & reinstalled and it still doesn't work.

  Jared Wynants: It works but is garbage I denied it my place so now I have this constant banner at the bottom of my screen that says “Place Permission Denied". Usually, apks take this with a grain of salt and go on with their business of doing their job, but this apk takes private offense and decides to constantly remind you of how you wronged it. If it gets denied once it will hold asking so I had to check the box to never ask once more. I said no and I mean no. That doesn't stop this apk. This apk is ridiculous.
