About the application:

This is an application for parents whose children are suffering from Autism. This application enables the parents to assist the child with their day to day needs of doing primary tasks like taking a shower, drinking water, recognizing objects and follow primary instructions for tasks. The application has audio and video options to assist the children better. We used scientifically proven diagrams that helped in the development of in cognitive skills for an autistic kid. Features include: Visual Contact - The application displays primary day to day stuff that assist the children recognize primary objects. Stay in put -Since we are using technology, which is our constant medium of interaction with the children, this helps the child to learn in a more dynamic method as compared to interaction with humans which are unpredictable. Imitation -It is a feature of the application which acts as a program to enable the child to learn how primary day to day tasks could be performed by leveraging the scientifically proven images Follow instructions - This feature allows the child to follow guided steps to different activities such as brushing their teeth, taking a shower or eating meal. Express intentions -The following feature is a communication program that helps the child to express all his ideas and thoughts to the parent in order to connect with them closely. The program has a wide spectrum of emotions as well as communication symbols. The program also lets you save the interactions that are to be used on everyday basis. This makes connecting with the child easier Helps options - Feature educates parents what is normal and what is not about autistic children, what a parent could know about autism.
