AutoDiagnost is a revolutionary program for try your car's engine. AutoDiagnost uses the exhaust sound of an idling engine. Algorithm performs real-time processing of your device's microphone data, detects excess noises, and finally, calculates results as Engine Rating in the range from zero to 100 points. HOW-TO - Park your vehicle in a quiet windless put without another vehicle`s noises - Take a look at RPM Gauge and create sure that RPM is more than 600 and less than 900 - Begin AutoDiagnost. Select your engine kind: 4-cylinder (almost all low- and mid-price vehicles) or 6-cylinder (trucks, SUVs, etc.) - After pressing the Begin button, keep your device near the exhaust pipe not touching it. When AutoDiagnost detects exhaust sound, you will see the Indicator changes its color from Red to Green. If the Indicator staying Red, pay attention to the prompts on the screen - When Indicator becomes Green, RPM Gauge with current engine` RPM appears on the screen. Keep your device still, and in few seconds AutoDiagnost stops recording audio and shows your Engine Rating. Create sure that the chosen engine kind shown on the effect screen is right. RESULTS Engine Rating is in the range from zero to 100 points: more than 95 points: The engine runs smooth and sounds good. No excess noises detected from 70 to 95 points: Engine sounds awesome. The insignificant amount of noises detected less than 70 points: Large amount of excess noises detected. Please ensure that your vehicle is parked in a quiet put, RPM is between 600 and 900, and test once more. If Engine Rating remains low after few attempts, please visit your vehicle dealer. DISCLAIMER The diagnostic way provided by AutoDiagnost cannot give full info about engine status and could only be used together with classic engine diagnostic tests.
